At TradingBuddy, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for both physical books and digital products (ebooks).

2. Physical Books

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping process begins
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • For cancellation requests, contact support@tradingbuddy.shop immediately after placing the order

2.2 Returns and Refunds

  • We maintain a strict no-return policy for all physical books
  • Refunds are not provided for delivered orders
  • In case of damaged products:
    • Report within 24 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product
    • Once verified, a replacement will be shipped
    • Original product need not be returned

3. Digital Products (Ebooks)

3.1 Order Cancellation

  • Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products, cancellation is not possible once the order is placed
  • Access to ebooks is provided immediately after successful payment

3.2 Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided for ebooks once the order is delivered
  • This strict no-refund policy is due to the digital nature of the product
  • Technical support is available if you face issues accessing your ebook

4. Newsletter Subscription

4.1 Cancellation

  • You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
  • Use the unsubscribe link provided in every email
  • Or contact support@tradingbuddy.shop

5. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

  • Orders that haven’t been processed or shipped
  • Technical issues preventing access to digital content
  • Duplicate payments (if verified)
